Returns – Return Authorizations will be processed as long as the order was placed in the last 6 months and the CC on file has not expired.  Email us at international@jcpenneyeservices.comand include your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return authorization label and provide you with more information on where to send your item. You must send back the item along with the return authorization label for us to be able to process your return and refund your amount.  Borderfree will refund the merchandise price, shipping charges, and the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and/or taxes originally paid for the returning item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Please be sure to include your return authorization label when returning an item, so we can identify the return as yours.  Without the return authorization label, we will not be able to process your return and your item will not be returned to you.
